The Blu Apartment is located on the hills overlooking Lake Garda in the village of Marciaga only 3 kilometres from the beaches and the town of Garda, and a short distance from the famous Cà Degli Ulivi Golf Club. The flat is part of a small condominium consisting of three independent units with different characteristics and all intended for tourist use.
The Blue flat is located on the first floor, tastefully furnished and can accommodate 2 guests in one bedroom
A comfortable room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower complete the description of the property.
From the living room and the bedroom there is direct access to a large, sunny balcony equipped with a dining table and sun loungers and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding hills. Adjacent to the flat there is also a private garden with a large barbecue and additional sun loungers
Private parking is provided in the courtyard for one car.
For families or larger groups there is also the possibility of renting the flats Orange and Red together - if available - bringing the total accommodation capacity to 12 guests
