The flat is on the 2nd floor, lift in the building, no stairs up to the flat. Top furnishings. There is a free, locked car park at the apartment.
The beach = bus stop to Benidorm is approx. 50 m away. You can relax on the open terrace. Due to the heating and air conditioning, wintering is possible without any problems. It is a good idea to go to the Benidormpalace during your holiday and watch the night show. Within 15 minutes by car you can be in the mountains and find attractive excursion destinations in the valleys. There are many simple restaurants with reasonably priced food along the way. A visit to Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Park, as well as Mundomar and Aqualandia, is a must. An experience for children. There are several tennis courts in the neighbourhood, as well as golf courses. If La Cala is too quiet for you in the evening, take the new floodlit promenade to Benidorm in Levante Bay or take the bus. Here you will find plenty of dance clubs and discos. There are also plenty of shops for a stroll. The beach is fine sandy, the water is clear and shallow up to 50 metres. The beach is only 50 metres away. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea and beach. There is sufficient medical care in the immediate vicinity. 2 private hospitals offer their services directly in Benidorm, plus a general hospital 5 km away. In La Nucia there is the Dr Rosenberg clinic. German is spoken here. It has a good reputation. In the event of illness, I would recommend this clinic with Dr Rosenberg as your first port of call. If he is unable to help you himself, he will put you in the good hands of a specialist. There is a diving school right on the doorstep that offers daily diving courses and also organises trips to the island off the coast. Here you can observe the diversity of the sea in protected terrain - with all its fish and crab species. Fishing is prohibited around the island, allowing this paradise for divers to develop in peace. Have you been to Benidorm's attractions? If you are not interested in diving, you can take a boat from Benidorm harbour to the island of La Isla. On the way, you can observe the fish and later the island's birdlife through the glass floor. There is also a go-kart track just 3 kilometres away. Very important for golfers: since 2006 Benidorm has had a superb 18-hole golf course on the grounds of the Terra Mitica Park. The flat Eolo has a very tasteful, cosy interior. The proximity to the beach, the shops in the immediate vicinity and the restaurants make a holiday a real pleasure. Everything is within easy reach. The flat itself has a fully equipped kitchen in which nothing is missing. You will find: Coffee machine, toaster, cooker with oven, SAT TV, washing machine and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The two bedrooms each have two single beds with new mattresses. There is also an open balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun and the view of the marvellous sandy beach. It is always a special treat to start the morning like this. Just opposite is a bakery, in the house itself is the newspaper shop and 50 metres further a pharmacy, as well as some restaurants. This is what makes a holiday so much fun.

Coming from the beach there is an outdoor shower, which is recommended to the guest, so that the beach sand stays outside. This protects the flat as well as the drains from blockages.
There is a new double lift. It takes you from the car park to the flat without a single step.
The beach is only 50 metres away, newspaper shop in the building. Opposite the restaurant Ivon and a café. From here to the bus to the city only 60 metres, supermarket Mercadona within walking distance in 5 minutes.
