THE STUDIO
The Charming Gran Vía - Callao is a gem in Madrid!
The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a representative city building, just in front of the well-known Plaza de Callao. It is outward facing and has stunning views of the city, you will not get tired of looking out through the window!
This beautiful studio apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
It has a double bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery ...
Among the comforts of this magnificent studio apartment we also find: free wifi, free toiletries, cleaning products, comfort slippers, hair dryer, iron for clothes, etc.

We are sure that won´t leave Madrid without buying something, and there won´t be a better way to do it than in the best street to go shopping in Madrid. In Gran Vía you will find all the stores you dream of!
It is common to see locals and tourists stroll through its streets with many shopping bags. Whether you are a fan of shopping or not, we recommend that you enter certain stores of Gran Vía to enjoy their interior architecture, some of them more typical of mansions than of a clothing store. This will surprise you for sure!
Along Gran Vía you will find large and majestic buildings such as the Metropolis building (union with Alcalá street), the Telefonica building (corner Fuencarral street), the Palacio de la Prensa (building where the Charming Gran Vía Callao is located), or the most characteristic, the Capitol building (Plaza de Callao) known for its Schweppes brand light advert. Enjoy the best architecture in Madrid right in the center of the capital!
HOW TO MOVE
You don't need the car at all. It is possible to walk the entire city on foot and visit its most important attractions. But if you still want to take a public transport the nearest underground stations are
Metro Callao (lines 3 and 5): Right in front of the apartment building.
Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)
THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
