The double room is equipped with a parquet floor and 1 double bed from which you can watch your favourite programme on the flat screen TV. If you want to prepare your own breakfast, the room is equipped with a fridge, a Senseo coffee machine and a small cupboard with crockery and cutlery. Simply place the dirty dishes on the trolley in front of the door - we will wash them in the dishwasher. In summer we have a baker who will supply you with freshly baked goods. You can have breakfast at the table right by the window. From the window you have a view of the beautiful alpine panorama. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a WC and a small washbasin. Towels and soap are provided

Former farmhouse in a quiet location with a unique view. Playground with play tower and trampoline. Small vehicle park with pedal buggies, balance bike and bobby car, bow and arrow. A bench in front of the house invites you to relax and unwind. Behind the house there is a barbecue area with a small playground and football goals.

The flats are all located on the 1st floor.

Payment is made in cash on site.

A deposit of 50% of the total price should be transferred at least 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price.

For cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows we charge 90% of the total price.

Deposit: 5,00€ (per card) for the guest cards.

Dog welcome on request - for an extra charge (max. 8,00€ per pet/night).

The visitor's tax of 1,30 € (0-6 free; 7-17 years 0,70€) per person/night will be charged separately on site.

From 01.12.2024 the tourist tax is 1,90 € from 14 years (6-13 years 1€, 0-6 years free).

The keys will be handed over personally on site.

WLAN, heating, car park, water, bed, kitchen and bathroom linen included.

Baby cot, high chair, baby monitor, bath-changing kit available on request.
