Villa La Calma is located in a cul-de-sac in the luxurious residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, only 1 km from the centre of Blanes and 5min walk from the beautiful beach.
This villa has been completely renovated with brand new designer kitchen, bathrooms and decorated with high quality furniture.
The villa is accessed at street level where you will find the garage for one car. Further cars can be parked on the street just in front of the villa.
Through the staircase you reach the villa with its large garden with natural grass, which is exceptional in this area!
On the ground floor you will find the living room with separate TV room with Smart TV, dining room and modern fully equipped open plan kitchen.
From here you have access to the back terrace with Weber gas barbecue and ping pong table, as well as the front of the villa. Here you will find the beautiful garden.
Private pool with a shallow part, ideal for small children. The pool has a salt system which means it is chlorine free and does not cause sore eyes.
Outdoor dining table and sun loungers.
On this floor there are two bedrooms
- double bedroom with double bed & single sofa bed, with dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath.
- twin bedroom with shower cubicle (ideal for children)
These two bedrooms are connected to each other via the bathroom.
There is also a separate guest toilet.
On the first floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms
- double bedroom with double bed & single sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- double bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower.
On this floor there is another large roof terrace with chill out area and awning.
Free wifi and air conditioning throughout the house.
You also have access to the private clubhouse on the bay with a large swimming pool, paddling pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the children. It includes a remote control for private parking near the beach.
The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is only 500 metres away, a 5 minute walk.
If you wish, you can park your car for free in the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a good restaurant, showers and lifeguard.
