The residence UHC PISCIS APARTMENTS enjoys a privileged seafront location, right on the Paseo Miramar, only a few metres away from the Ponent beach. This area, quiet but close to all services, is ideal to enjoy a family beach holiday.
The flat has a large terrace on the ground floor with sea views. The entrance to the building is at a lower level, so it is necessary to go up one floor from the street (the building has a lift). With capacity for up to 7 people, it is a perfect option for those looking for comfort, tranquillity and an unbeatable location by the sea.

- Check availability of parking space (with supplement) on arrival at the office. Parking spaces in the building are limited and only cars are accepted (large cars will not fit).
- Tourist tax is not included in the price of the accommodation. Key collection is at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is compulsory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this regard.

Ponent Beach, awarded the Blue Flag, offers excellent services such as sun lounger and parasol rental, access for people with reduced mobility and lifeguard posts every few metres. It also has numerous beach bars where you can enjoy local dishes and refreshing cocktails at sunset, as well as a large number of parks and playgrounds for children.
