Families only. Facing the sea. The Bermudas flat has a privileged location as it is on the beachfront with direct access to the beach. Between the sand and the complex you will find a pedestrian promenade where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the sound of the sea. With direct sea views from its glazed terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the promenade. We recommend that you do not miss a sunrise, it is an unforgettable spectacle. The brand new complex has an infinity pool, solarium, tennis and paddle tennis. And now, your stay will be even more pleasant on the hottest days with the new installation of centralised AIR CONDITIONING and on the coldest days, with CENTRAL HEATING.
Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and beach services all year round.
If you wish to enjoy water sports in the sea, in the summer season there is a multi-sport water sports school just a few metres from the flat. At the school you can enjoy windsurfing, catamaran, kayaking, paddle surfing, etc.
You can also learn the sport of sailing at the Gandia Sailing Club in the yacht club area of Gandia beach.
But if running is your thing, Gandia beach has a completely refurbished path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal service at your disposal). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the shore of the beach, you have 3 km of beach from the flat to the beach of Xeraco and 3Km from the flat to the yacht club.
