There is also the option of using the large brick-built outdoor barbecue. Children can move and play freely on the fully fenced property. The free private car park is also located on the property.



All rental units have separate access from the outside. The amenities of all rental units also include satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning. One small dog up to max. 10kg is provided per flat, subject to proper training. The washing machine of the landlord may be used by arrangement.
