Die Villa macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, doch bei genauerem Hinsehen stellte sich heraus, dass sie weder sauber noch hygienisch war. Matratzen, Bettwäsche und Kissen wiesen Flecken auf, und es gab Spinnen. Außerdem waren auf der Website vier Badezimmer angegeben, tatsächlich waren es aber nur drei.
