Villa Cristina is characterized by its fantastic sea views!
From all floors you have panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the pine forest on the beach and the charming chapel of Santa Cristina.
The house has been renovated at the end of 2017 with new floors, furniture and a completely new kitchen.
The villa is accessed from the upper floor.
Here you find the living room with Smart TV and dining area. Sliding doors lead to the large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and automatic awning.
Fully equipped kitchen. Separate WC.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and sink.
One floor below is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath). The view of the sea from the bed is breathtaking!
Another bedroom with 2 single beds. Third double bedroom with sliding doors for direct access to the pool.
Second bathroom with bath.
Laundry room with washing machine and iron.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
From the balcony you reach the garden, private pool (7x3m) with sun loungers and second terrace with chill out area and barbecue.
This villa has a semi-salted pool. This means that the water is soft, without chlorine and without causing irritated eyes!
Central heating is available throughout the villa for the low season months.
The beaches of Cala de Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal are 400 metres away; a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
Private outdoor parking space for 1 car and ample parking space in the quiet street for more cars.
