Ideal for one or two families, Villa Bella Vista is a beautiful holiday home situated in a quiet location, with spectacular sea views and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Situated in the picturesque residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, Villa Bella Vista offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and is within walking distance of two of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Brava. The beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal are a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away.
The Villa
This tastefully decorated villa is designed to offer all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table create a cosy atmosphere for families and groups. The villa also features a second living area with Smart TV, perfect for quiet evenings.
Outdoor Area
On the terrace, you will find a dining area covered by a pergola, a barbecue and a cosy corner to relax. The private swimming pool (7x4 metres) on the upper floor is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, offering all-day sun and panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in four bedrooms
Master bedroom: Double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and balcony with sea views.
Second bedroom: Double bed and access to a balcony.
Third bedroom: Two single beds.
Fourth bedroom: Two bunk beds, ideal for children.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. For the colder months, the villa has central heating.

Beaches: The stunning sandy beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina are just a short walk or drive away. Both beaches offer water activities, showers, lifeguards and the charming restaurant "Cala Treumal". Other nearby beaches include Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Sa Boadella and Cala Canyelles.
