Our holiday flat "Almrausch" is located on the first floor of our farmhouse. It has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/WC, kitchen and balcony. As each room has its own shower and toilet, this holiday flat is ideal for couples of friends or parents with older children.

In the heart of Fulpmes, the traditional blacksmith village in the Stubaital, lies our comfortably furnished farmhouse with five fully equipped holiday flats and free Wi-Fi. Our house is situated in a sunny, central and quiet location and is ideal for a car-free journey. In our large garden, your children can let off steam to their heart's content in a lovingly designed playground. A sunny lawn with a wonderful panoramic view and many cosy seating areas invite you to enjoy convivial get-togethers and rustic barbecue evenings, especially in summer. From our large balconies you can enjoy the picturesque surroundings and the unique panorama of the Stubai Valley and keep an eye on your children with a direct view of our garden. Our farmhouse with five holiday flats is lovingly furnished in Tyrolean style. It is centrally yet idyllically located, ideal for families with children and only a 3-minute walk from the village centre with shops, restaurants and cafés in the village of Fulpmes in the Stubai Valley. The Stubaitalbahn railway station and the "Stubay" adventure swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. Our range of sporting and cultural activities offers you a variety of possibilities. In summer we offer unique themed hikes with all the families of the house, including to the rustic Galtalm, where our calves spend the summer. We also offer a weekly guided tour of the stables and free participation for your children in the holiday programme of the BIG Family Stubai children's club. Here your children are looked after by our trained carers from Mon-Fri and picked up directly from the house. In winter, the free ski bus stops directly opposite our farm, taking you to the Schlick 2000 ski area just 700 metres away in just a few minutes. The Schlick 2000 is a breathtaking skiing and hiking paradise and offers challenging pistes in winter and idyllic hiking trails in summer. At the Damelerhof farm we have rabbits, the cows and calves are in our free-range barn 10 minutes away, which we will be happy to show you. A recreation room with an infrared cabin to relax and unwind after skiing or hiking. Even when it rains, our house offers many activities, such as covered table tennis and table football, darts and a playroom with a shop and wooden railway. The price is exclusive of tourist tax € 2.80 per person/per night.
The local tax is charged for guests who turn 16 years of age in the calendar year.

On the day of your arrival you can move into the flats from 3 pm. If it is foreseeable that you will arrive after 6 pm, please contact us by telephone (0043-650-2202114). On the day of departure, the flat should be vacated by 10 am at the latest.

Arrival by car: Turn right off the main road towards Fulpmes-Telfes, then left towards Fulpmes. Take the lower road after the railway station. When you see Cafe Premm on the left-hand side, turn right into the driveway. It is best to take the right-hand path to our car park.

Travel by train: From Innsbruck main station you can either take the bus or the Stubaitalbahn. The bus runs every half hour and takes half an hour to Fulpmes. Get off in the centre of Fulpmes and walk right up the road past Sport Leo and the Denifl bakery to the zebra crossing. Cross the road and continue straight ahead until you reach Cafe Premm. The entrance to our farm is on the other side of the road.
The railway runs every hour and takes about an hour on a panoramic route to Fulpmes station. Take the upper road Orts inwards. Our farm is located opposite the Don Bosco dormitory on the left-hand side.

Important: Please let us know if you are travelling by train. During the validity period of the "Stubai Super Card" (end of May to beginning of October) you will receive a voucher from us by email, with which you can travel free of charge in the valley. In winter, you can download travel vouchers yourself at www.stubai.at.
