The studio in Benidorm has capacity for 2 people, as it is very spacious, it has been made into a bedroom and the terrace has been glazed and joined to the living room where there is a comfortable sofa.

It has a lift, paid internet access (wifi), electric radiator heating, communal swimming pool (during the summer season), 1 television.



It does not have a parking space, but we can offer you private parking spaces in other places or in a paid public car park.

The flats are provided with towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance, there is an iron for the flat (ask for it in our office). In winter there is an electric radiator.



The kitchen is electric or vitroceramic, has 2 or 3 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and fridge with separate freezer, washing machine and electric boiler for hot water. It has a normal kitchenware, dishes and cutlery for up to 3 people (it does not have an express pot or electric mixer).

Our flats have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the flat via a contact telephone (only for problems in the flat that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office).



The delivery of keys is always in our reception office, not in the building you have booked, for this you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a holiday, in the window there will be a list with the name of the clients and a phone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you plan to arrive out of hours and let us know, it helps us to organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office). In this case the following morning, except on Sundays and public holidays, you must come to our office to present the ID card or passport of all occupants (this is required by law)


The building is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has a supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby, is on the front line of the Levante beach and the centre of Benidorm and has a very quick link to the road and motorway so you can go on excursions to neighbouring towns quickly and comfortably.



At our reception office, you have tourist information, maps of the city and can hire all kinds of additional services both for the stay in the flat and to enjoy the day and night leisure activities offered by the city and the surrounding area.



For our customers we have a transfer service to and from Alicante airport or by taxi or private transport companies (VTC). If you arrive at night or on public holidays we can pick you up at the airport and with the keys to your flat, take you to your accommodation.



Entries to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), nightclubs, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car hire, electric vehicle hire for people with reduced mobility, diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialised companies. Tickets to discotheques on special dates (especially New Year's Eve).



We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.



We have social and health services through an external provider (babysitting, companionship, personal grooming, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc).



The photos of flats shown on our website are of a typical flat (they may not be exactly the one you are going to occupy in the building), as they are privately owned flats there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, but the services described are practically the same in all of them.



The entrance to the flats is at 17:00 hrs (if the flat is clean and ready before, we can deliver the keys before, it may take a supplement).



The departure of the flats is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later please consult with our staff the possibility of making a late check-out of the flat (late check-out) of the flat. (It has an extra cost), subject to availability until the day before departure.



We can store your luggage in our office (only during our opening hours) free of charge, both on the day of arrival and departure.
