On the first floor you will find a complete bedroom with double bed and complete en-suite bathroom with large shower and hydro-massage tower.

Also on this floor you will find a living room with sofa bed and a toilet.



And on the top floor you will find another bedroom with its private bathroom, like the rest with its hydromassage shower for a good shower after a day at the beach, this room has a large private terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments, have dinner or a drink on the warm nights that the island offers even sunbathe during the day as it is very sunny.



The complex is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation works in the communal areas which do not generate noise, it is important for you to know that the swimming pool is not available at the moment.


The flat is recommended for young people looking for sun and beach, nightlife, surfing, this is due to its proximity to Playa de las Americas and the nightlife in the area of Las Veronicas.
