The villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manorola and Riomaggiore can be easily visited by boat from Portovenere, which together with Palmaria have been recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites.
An hour and a half by car is Genoa with its historic center and the largest aquarium in Europe and on the other side the coast of Versilia with the famous Forte dei Marmi near the Lunigiana, the "Valley of the" Hundred Castles ".
One side of the house on the first floor is occasionally used by the owner for the care of the surrounding land and for the production of oil and a fine wine of the Cinque Terre (available locally).
The property can be reached by a 1.3 km dirt road with a 120 m elevation gain, accessible only by off-road vehicle.
Arrival is possible only between 17:00 and 20:00.
